Refund Policy

At SOCIAL SAVVY LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality video ads, landing pages, and digital solutions while ensuring client satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • A full refund may be considered only if the project has not yet started.
  • Once the project is initiated, including planning or design stages, refunds will not be available.
  • For service issues, we will first attempt to resolve the problem before considering a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Payments made for completed milestones, delivered designs, or development work are non-refundable.
  • Customized or partially completed projects cannot be refunded.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel the project midway, payments made up to that point are non-refundable. Any remaining unpaid milestones will be billed for the work already completed.

4. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We value transparent communication and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
